When you submit an order to the tracker, we collect: your display name, Tesla model and spec, Australian state or New Zealand region, order date, delivery status and dates, and optionally your email address and colour/trim selections. We also collect basic analytics (page views, referrer, browser) to understand how the site is used.
Every create, update, or delete on an order is recorded in a change history log attached to that order. For each change we store the time, the fields that changed (before/after values), the IP address and browser user-agent of the request, and the acting admin's email (if an admin made the change). This log is visible only to site administrators and is used to prevent abuse and investigate disputed changes. Change-history entries are retained alongside the order.
Your order data is displayed publicly on the tracking board to help the Australia & New Zealand Tesla community track real delivery times. Your email address, if provided, is used to send you delivery status check-in emails and occasional marketing communications about Tesla-related services from KiloTrip. Your email is never displayed publicly.
Your display name, model, state, order date, delivery status, and colour selections are visible to all visitors of tsla.delivery. Do not use your real name if you prefer to remain anonymous — a username or initials work fine.
If you provide your email address, you consent to receive delivery update check-ins and occasional marketing emails about Tesla-related services. Every email includes an unsubscribe link. You can opt out at any time.
We use Firebase (Google Cloud) for hosting and database, and Resend for transactional email delivery. We do not sell your data to third parties.
tsla.delivery does not use cookies or tracking pixels. Analytics are collected via simple Firestore writes without any client-side tracking cookies.
Order data is retained for as long as it is useful to the community. You can request deletion of your order and any associated data by contacting hello@kilotrip.app.
You may request a copy of your data or ask us to delete it at any time. Contact hello@kilotrip.app.
We may update this policy from time to time. Changes will be reflected on this page with an updated date.
